The Housekeeping course is designed to prepare a student for a management role within the hospitality industry. Housekeeping covers all the essential areas of room maintenance and cleaning in a hotel, to ensure that guests feel welcome and at home. This housekeeping course will focus on essential housekeeping training duties, such as laundry operations, health and safety, cleaning, staffing, budgeting and inventory control. You will also look at the role hospitality plays in meeting the evolving demands of today’s customer. As you complete this course, you will develop key skills in hotel housekeeping and will expand your knowledge of the procedures involved in this role
